Had yummy food after my first day of orientation (induction) classes. Happy because its so near to Ikea @ Queenstown!! Heh. Dinner for 2 pax.

Famous Ikea chicken wings! Personally, idk why their standards has dropped or what, but it was really oily and wet and greasy inside. I rather have Cuscaden Patio wings now.. Mhmm...

Baked chicken leg with fries and vegs!

Saw that they serve soft serve ice cream that will automatically generate the icecream on the cones!! So amazing. 50cents only!! I just need to place the cone on a holder, insert a small token and the ice-cream will automatically be placed on the cone! Woaaaaah. I'm probably the last person to know about this since I don't go to Ikea often. Hahaha wow, eye opener.

27th Nov (Tues)

Had dinner buffet with the family. School only took up like 1.5-2 hrs of my time. So we went to have our birthday dinner at 1Market by Chef Wan (mommy was really excited since it is newly opened).

I've taken in more than just that, I didn't manage to take more food pictures as my hands were dirty hahaha, with the chili crabs and many many more... :D

Went to the arcade after that. Played Mario Kart, Spot the Mistake, Basketball and I was very happy to see my parents playing the basketball as well hahaha.

I love my parents for everything they've done. Although it was a simple 21st birthday spent, it was more than enough for me. So.. Finally 21. Next to do on my list, go to a casino to have a look see. HEEEEE :D

I'm 21 years old. 

Feels like an ordinary day to me though. But I feel very thankful towards my parents for raising me up and tolerating my attitude for 21 years already!! How wonderful are they, seriously :')

16 hours

So.... About 16 hours more until I see the people I'm gonna spend 2 years with.

So nervous about meeting new people. Like walking into campus ALONE, walking into some classroom ALONE. Awkwardly smiling, introducing myself and saying hello if someone says hi to me (which I even doubt people will make the move to say hi to me since I'm so freaking awkward).

I'm gonna be a loner and that girl that people go pointing fingers at saying,
"Look at that girl!! What's her name? Joyce? What a weirdo!"

Hahahaha. Dammit, the reason why I'm feeling like a fish out of water is because I was never that kinda social butterfly and I don't really like to open up to people or worse.. Talk to someone new. I'm super quiet most of the time.. Like during my poly orientation days. So quiet.. Too quiet...

I'm probably over thinking things. Maybe it won't go too bad during my first day at orientation right...?

Did my nails a few days back. This time.. I decided to do a CUPCAKES design nail art. (Learnt it off YouTube.. I'm still a noobie heh.)

2 more days till school starts, unofficially? It's gonna be an orientation orientation orientation week, 3 hours everyday. Feeling kinda nervous inside, wondering if the school workload will be manageable, whether my new classmates will be nice to me, whether I'll even have any friends anot (since I'm really not sociable AT ALL!! :C)

Well... Wondering if I can tune my body and mindset to the poly days where there was like.. 3-4 lab reports to be submitted weekly + presentations + tutorials + projects + a whooping 6 common tests and exams to take per semester.


Hope I will adjust to a school life again, fingers crossed...

Going to embark on my university life (well its not a local uni, I'm too stupid to get into one). Must work hard, and get first class honours (hopefully!) or worse come to worse, at least second upper class honours.
