Post exams / Bellabox Singapore June 2013
HI GUYS.
Haven't been updating this dead space. So anyway I'm almost done with my 1 week holiday ever since my exams ended. Well lets see,
Metabolic biochem was hell. Okay.
Biology of disease was averagely hell. Okay sure.
Food Biotechnology was insanely fun to do cause I studied the exact 2 topics that came up. Okay great!
Year 2 term 3 will be resuming on wednesday, all the modules seems really foreign so hopefully..

So my June 2013 bellabox came!! At first they were mentioning about Wanderlust and all the travelling necessities, I was kinda turned off. Cause it doesn't really seem relevant to me.
Anyway when I opened the box I was greeted with a really lovely wrapper? The wrapper isn't like paper material so it doesnt tear easily.
Items I got from the June 2013 bellabox:
1) VMV Hypoallergenics id monolaurin gel
50 ml / $13 120ml / $32
Item worth: 50ml / $13
Said to apply to areas where its prone to acne breakouts like the chest or back. Can be used as an anti-fungal alternative or sanitizer. Smells quite queer to me, a little skeptical about this product.
2) VMV Hypoallergenics armada spot 70
15g / $10 85g / $53 185g / $82
Item worth: 15g / $10
Creates a protective barrier against the UV rays and it is waterproof. I might try and use it during work!
3) BOMB Cosmetics shower gel
350ml / $22.90
Item worth: 25 ml / $1.64
Didn't state what flavour it was on the packaging, but it smells very much like lime. Received alot of body wash from bellabox, have never used it before. Might try this out first cause this smells the most promising!
4) Justin Biber Girlfriend

Item worth: 10ml / $20.67
They ended the description of this perfume on the description card with, "You will embrace the possibility of your ultimate dream... of being Justin's girlfriend." Ummmm kay.
So I guess the scent comprises of crisp Mandarin, juicy Blackberrym pink Freesia, star Jasmine, warm Vanilla Orchid and luminous Musk. Smells fine for me! Will definitely use this rollon perfume. Very glad this was a bigger size than previous samples :D
5) Veet

Um, personally I don't have hairy legs hahaha. But I'll definitely try this product! cause it doesn't cut your legs when shaving. HEEHEE.
6) Sasatinnie

Big fan of nail polishes myself. Was quite a delight to see this little heart shaped bottle sitting in the bellabox. Pretty pink colour with glitter. And I stupidly went to smell the opened bottle of nail polish cos the description card mentioned, "... with these floral scented nail lacquer gems!" but all I smell was the normal nail polishes smell. Prolly I'll have to use it on my nail to have the floral scent? Idk.
7) L'oreal Paris extraordinary oil (Bonus item)

Item worth: 3.5ml / $0.84
Miracle oil.. Protectant... Nourishing treatment.. Ultra lightweight. Looks good enough for 2 tries maybe? Will try it out when I remember to. It can be used on both damp and dry hair, anytime on any hair type. Coolness.
8) Luxe city guide (Gift)
Item worth: $17
I got the city guide to ~BANGKOK~. Mad love the beautiful city. Awesome gift, cause I was intending to head to Bangkok during the year end. Woohoooo, can serve as a great use!!
Total box worth: $68.10
Overall satisfaction: 7.5
Some of the items are pretty much of no use but there are other items that I couldn't wait to try.
